Things Megan Lindholm Wrote
Cloven Hooves
A new edition is now available in the UK!
Evelyn is in a difficult place in her life. She's not living where she wants to be, and her husband's family is not welcoming. Is it nostalgia or madness when her childhood imaginary playmate begins to once more appear in her life?
The Inheritance
Long before there was Robin Hobb, there was Megan Lindholm. The two occasionally cross pollinate their work. If you have enjoyed the Hobb works, you may find an unsual read in this collection of short stories populated by both Lindholm and Hobb. This collection includes some of Megan Lindholm's best known and most distrubing short stories as well as Hobb stories set in the Realm of the Elderlings.
This book is available in English in both the US and the UK. Please see the link below for a purchase option.
Wizard of the Pigeons
Wizard of the Pigeons is an urban fantasy set in Seattle. Published in 1986 by Ace Books, it is long out of print in the US, but remains available in the UK and France. Wizard of the Pigeons was a Nebula finalist. It's the tale of a Vietnam vet who is homeless on the streets of Seattle. Slowly he discovers that he is far more than he believed himself to be, and that his greatest battle remains to be fought.
While sadly out of print in the United States, an English version of the book can be purhcased in the UK. Please see purchase links below.
Hickory Dickory Dock
"A page-turning triumph from a first-time author. Highly recommended." -Publishers Weekly
A thrilling story of some mice who counted in Cumbric.
All I can say is that Megan Lindholm really wishes she could claim authorship to this. It has thrilled generations of her family as a dramatic reading.
